- Quests: We collect quest information that you create, including:
- Quest text/descriptions
- Point values
- Frequency settings (daily, weekly, custom days)
- Completion dates
- Selected days for custom frequency quests
- Rewards: We collect reward information that you create, including:
- Reward titles
- Target point values
- Emoji selections
- Secret reward settings
- Redemption status
- Point Logs: We collect point transaction data including:
- Points earned from quest completions
- Points redeemed for rewards
- Timestamps and dates associated with point transactions
2.3 Identifiers
- User ID: We collect a unique user identifier to authenticate your account, manage your data, sync across devices, and enable co-op functionality with your partner.
- Device ID: We collect device identifiers (such as advertising IDs) for third-party advertising, analytics, and app functionality.
- Push Notification Tokens: We collect push notification tokens (FCM/APNs) to deliver push notifications about quest completions, rewards, and partner activities.
2.4 Usage Data
- Product Interaction: We collect data about how you interact with the App, including quest completions, reward redemptions, and feature usage.
- Player Mode: We collect information about whether you are using single-player or co-op mode.
- Co-op Connection Data: We collect information about your partner connection status, invite codes, and user link relationships.
- Advertising Data: We collect information about advertisements you have seen, including ad views and interactions.
2.5 Diagnostics
- Crash Data: We collect crash logs and error reports to improve app stability and performance.
- Performance Data: We collect performance metrics such as app launch time, energy use, and scalability data to optimize the App.

5. Tracking
We and our third-party partners use certain data for tracking purposes, which means linking data collected from our App with third-party data for targeted advertising or advertising measurement. The following data types are used for tracking:

- Note: Payment information is processed by Apple/Google and we do not have access to your payment details

- With Your Partner (Co-op Mode): When you connect with a partner in co-op mode, your name, email address, quests, rewards, and point data are visible and accessible to your partner. Both partners can see and interact with shared quests and rewards.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Supabase (data storage and authentication)
- Google (AdMob)
- Apple (authentication)
- For Legal Purposes: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
8. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
10. International Data Transfers

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the DailyQuest mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
DailyQuest is a couple-oriented quest and reward application that allows users to:
- Create and manage daily or weekly quests (tasks)
- Earn points by completing quests
- Create and redeem rewards using accumulated points
- Connect with a partner in co-op mode to share quests, rewards, and point data
- Use the app in single-player mode for personal quest and reward management
3. User Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
4. User Conduct and Content
You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g., quests, rewards), but you grant us a license to host and display it. You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Upload content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
5. Co-op Mode and Partner Sharing
When you connect with a partner in co-op mode, you acknowledge that:
- Your name, email address, quests, rewards, and point data will be visible to your partner
- Your partner can see and interact with shared quests and rewards
- Both partners have access to the shared point balance and transaction history
You are responsible for ensuring that your partner has consented to sharing their information with you. You agree not to misuse or abuse the co-op connection feature. We are not responsible for disputes between partners regarding shared data or point usage.
6. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DailyQuest and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DailyQuest and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
- Any content obtained from the App;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
- Disputes between partners in co-op mode;
- Loss of points, quests, rewards, or other data due to technical issues or account deletion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DailyQuest and its developers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
