Child Safety Standards
1. Our Commitment
PawFive ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Honeymilk Studio, is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. This page describes the standards and processes we maintain to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our platform.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on PawFive and result in immediate account action:
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including CSAM in any form
- Grooming behaviour: attempts to contact, befriend, or manipulate minors for sexual purposes
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE content on or off the platform
- Using PawFive features — including profiles, messages, playdates, or location sharing — to facilitate any harm to a minor
3. In-App Reporting
PawFive provides in-app tools that let any user report another user directly from their profile, without leaving the app. Users can also block other users at any time. Reports are submitted to the PawFive team together with the relevant context so we can act on them.
Child safety concerns can also be reported to us directly at support@honeymilkstudio.ca.
4. Moderation and Enforcement
When we receive a report, we:
- Review the report and associated content promptly
- Remove violating content and suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved
- Preserve evidence as required so it can be provided to law enforcement
- Prioritize reports that indicate a child may be at risk of harm
5. Reporting to Authorities
When we become aware of apparent CSAM or a child at risk, we report it to the relevant regional and national authorities, including law enforcement and recognized child protection organizations such as the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca), and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
6. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
PawFive complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where it operates, including obligations relating to the detection, removal, and reporting of CSAM. We review these standards regularly and update our practices as laws and platform policies evolve.
7. Point of Contact
Our designated child safety point of contact is reachable at support@honeymilkstudio.ca. This contact is prepared to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and compliance with the standards described on this page.
