- With Family Members: When you join a family, your name and email address are visible to other family members. Pet profiles and logs shared with the family are accessible to all family members.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

- Google (Firebase Analytics, AdMob)
- Apple (authentication and in-app purchases)
- For Legal Purposes: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our App is designed for family use and is intended for users aged 13 and above. Children under 13 who have accounts through Google Family Link or Apple Family Sharing may use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Tailog mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The App is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Not a Substitute for Vet Care: Always seek the advice of your veterinarian or other qualified animal health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or recorded on this App.
- Emergency: If you think your pet has a medical emergency, call your veterinarian or animal hospital immediately.
- No Warranty: We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided or tracked within the App. Reliance on any such information is strictly at your own risk.
3. User Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct and Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (e.g., pet photos, logs), but you grant us a license to host and display it. You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Upload content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Harm minors or animals in any way.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Renewals: Subscription renewal and cancellation policies are governed by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms. Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless canceled within the timeframe specified by the respective store.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings. We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tailog and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
- Any content obtained from the App;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
