Delete Your PawFive Account

If you would like to delete your PawFive account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to support@honeymilkstudio.ca with the subject line "PawFive Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your PawFive account.
3. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your profile information (name, profile photo, bio)
• Your pet profiles and photos
• Your playdate history and comments
• Your location data
• All other user-generated content

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for backup and recovery purposes. After this period, all data will be permanently removed. We may also retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
