1. Delete From the App (Recommended)

1. Open Tailog and sign in
2. Open the menu, then tap My Profile
3. Tap Advanced Setting
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Read what will be removed, then confirm by typing the text shown on screen

Your account is closed as soon as you confirm, and you are signed out. Your data is then permanently deleted within 30 days. This cannot be undone. If you want to keep your pets' records, export them to PDF before deleting.

2. Ask Us to Delete It

If you can no longer sign in, email support@honeymilkstudio.ca with the subject line "Tailog Account Deletion Request", from the email address on the account. We permanently delete your account and data within 30 days of your request.

What Is Deleted

• Your profile — name, email, and profile photo
• Pets, logs, weight records, custom subtypes, and health documents that belong only to you
• Your notification tokens and preferences
• Any remaining Sardines. Sardines are consumable, so they are forfeited on deletion and cannot be refunded or restored

What Stays

If you share pets with a family, those pets and the logs on them stay with the other family members, because the records are theirs too. You are removed from the family, so your name and email are no longer shown to them.

We may also keep limited purchase records where the law requires it, along with aggregated statistics that cannot identify you. An active subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it in your device settings.

Backups and Timing

Your data is removed from our live systems within 30 days of your request. Any residual copies held by our hosting provider as part of routine backups age out on that provider's normal schedule and are not used to restore a deleted account.
